For this commercial re-roof on Fraser Street, the brief was clear: deliver a full, warranted new roof while keeping the business fully operational. Apex Roof ‘N’ Clad achieved exactly that by designing and installing a complete overlay system, allowing Roofing Industries to continue trading throughout the entire project. 

The new roof was built using 0.55g Dridex Colorsteel Maxam 5-rib profile iron, with trafficable clears installed for safe roof access, and a full suite of ridge, gutter, eave, and barge flashings finished to a commercial standard. The result is a seamless, step-joint-free roof – a mark of quality installation that speaks to the level of care taken across every run.

Working at height on an active commercial site meant health and safety was a non-negotiable priority from day one. Apex Roof ‘N’ Clad maintained rigorous health and safety protocols throughout, managing the elevated conditions and keeping both workers and the business below safe at every stage.
