Apex Roof ‘N’ Clad installed 185mm fascia and continuous ¼ Round spouting throughout, finished in Ebony Maxam. The deep Ebony tone gives the roofline a sharp, contemporary edge that sits cleanly against the new build’s exterior, letting the architecture do the talking without the spouting becoming a distraction.
The result is exactly what the brief called for: a fascia and spouting package that is clean to look at, built to last, and designed to stay that way with minimal upkeep.
